Sometimes I have the hardest time seeing what other people see
I mean I’m not close minded or anything
And I often switch between seeing only black and white
And leaning heavily on gray
But I mean I often can not see what others see
When they look at meI honestly don’t get it
The thing that I like about school is that
I can see my hard work, my progress, my laziness
All in the form of a grade, percentage, correction,
and/or comment
But when it comes to what people say about me…
I don't think badly of myself, but....
I kinda just go with the flow
I remain polite, smile and say thank you
But a good portion of the time
I am honestly blind to what they see
