i look so suprised
when people ask what the difference between yesterday and today
what happened in between
why has my walk changed
and my face gotten freer
whats the difference between yesterday and today?
in between i got filled with something-
that touched my insides
and painted my outsides
covered my mind
and made me lose myself
lose myself into something new
so whats the difference between yesterday and today?
yesterday i was something else
today im a little more pay
and little less patience
i can breathe without gasping for air
glide instead of run
glow instead of fade into shadows
the difference between yesterday and today
yesterday i didnt have what
i have today
i got consumed by emotions
swallowed by passion
tken over from the top of my head
to the bottom of my feet
